“ Hidden gem - I almost want to gatekeep this place but this business deserves to succeed! The owner is a very sweet Korean lady. We came on a Friday evening - 2 plus a baby, and were welcomed with a bowl of miso soup each (not including baby). We got a chef's special, which was explained to us as whatever the chef decides. Can include rolls, nigiri, or other dishes. In our case, we received one roll, some nigiri (which included salmon, tuna, and otoro!). There was also some poke - with chopped salmon and tuna mixed with sauce on a bed of greens. Another dish we ordered was the hueh dup bap which is also similar to poke. It was chopped salmon & tuna with peppers, onions, topped on salad greens. A sweet & spicy sauce came on the side with it, along with a bowl of rice. All of the fish was very fresh. The roll was delicious - I forgot to ask which one it was! I think this will be my new favorite sushi place. :) Price is fair, service was great, and food is delicious. What else can you ask for? ”
“ We really enjoyed toudai sushi. Everything was so fresh and the waitress was so friendly and helpful! The restaurant was quiet, clean and cute. They have an extensive menu and plenty of options even if you don't like sushi. Overall our food was delicious and we loved that you could get a combo of a special roll plus a standard roll. One thing I do want to warn others about is there really is tomato on top of the house roll. I saw it listed in the description, but I assumed it would be small, diced pieces. However they were huge chunks all on top of the roll -- this doesn't really pair with sushi to me so it was a bit strange, but easy enough to pick off. Overall we enjoyed our experience and food. We'll be back again! ”

Inside the restaurant feels very clean and spacious. This is great for family dinner if you're looking for a variety of Japanese food. The fish here tasted fresh and it comes with miso soup. This is our second time ordering for pick up. Last time they forgot and made us wait 15minutes. This time everything was ready when we arrived. ”
“ pretty good sushi for this small korean-owned restaurant up in lynnwood! all the rolls were enjoyable and the fish seemed fresh. many of the signature rolls looked like they had a lot of mayo/sauce which sometimes overpowers the overall flavor of the roll. ”
“ Quaint little spot with a really friendly owner and fresh fish for a great price. Absolutely enjoyed my lunch here. The rolls are only $15.99 each and are a good size. I got the Any Two Special Rolls for $25.99 which is even better. (You can get three rolls for $36.99 here so the next time I come back I won't come alone!) Lots of Korean items on the menu, hence the "Fusion" in the name. ”
“ We have been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time and finally had the chance tonight. We went around 5:00 pm on a Friday evening and we were the only ones there. Outstanding service! The servers didn't rush us and answered all Our questions. Before we could decide on what to order, the server had already served us some miso soup without us ordering yet. Yum! Although their presentation wasn't the best and their plates were way too large for the table, the sushi rolls were delicious! The price was really reasonable too! The ambiance was clean and spacey! We will be back for sure! ”

They also have a huge variety of rolls to choose from. The prices are reasonable for the portions and we left full and very satisfied. They have lots of different specials and huge party tray options too. Excellent service from friendly server. The restaurant is clean, there is a lot of seating, and easy parking. I would eat here every day if I could. Perfection! ”
